How it works

Three places. That's all your day needs.

  1. Inbox

    Everything out of your head.

Type, speak or bring in Apple Reminders. Every task gets a duration and a small first step.

  2. Today

A day you can actually do.

Around your events and working hours, with breaks and no more than three must-dos. Every block says why it's there.

  3. Now

    Only what matters right now.

One task, its first step, the time left. When the day falls apart, “Replan” proposes a new rest of the day – you confirm.

What's different

  • Klarnext plans for you. You don't arrange anything by hand. You only adjust if you want to.
  • Hard work lands in your daily peak. Estimated from your sleep with an Apple Watch, otherwise from four short questions at the start.
  • Klarnext learns along. Three taps at the end of a block. From that, the app learns for example what you keep underestimating.
  • No pressure. No red “overdue”, no streaks to break. Progress only counts up.

Klarnext is in development. This describes how we're building the app.

Your data

  • Health data reaches the server only as daily values. Raw data stays on your iPhone; nothing ends up in iCloud.
  • Your calendar is only read, never changed.
  • No ads, no selling of data. The server is in the EU.

Before launch, the app's privacy policy will describe every data flow in detail.

Questions

What is Klarnext?

An iPhone app in development that plans your working day: from events, tasks and working hours – and with an Apple Watch also from your sleep. It only ever shows the task that matters right now.

Who is Klarnext for?

For adults for whom planning itself already takes too much energy or who find it hard to get started. Many of them recognise ADHD traits in themselves, with or without a diagnosis.

How is it different from visual planners?

Planners like Structured or Tiimo help you arrange your day clearly yourself. Klarnext takes that work off your hands: the app proposes the day and learns from your feedback.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Without a watch, Klarnext briefly asks at the start when you sleep on free days and plans from that. With a watch, the plan gets more precise.

What happens to my health data?

Your iPhone condenses it into daily values, such as sleep duration, resting heart rate and steps per hour. Only these go to the Klarnext server in the EU. Raw data never leaves the device.

Does Klarnext diagnose anything or replace treatment?

No. Klarnext is a planning tool for your working day. It doesn't diagnose anything and doesn't replace medical, psychological or therapeutic advice.

When will Klarnext launch and what will it cost?

There will be a closed test phase first. Pricing hasn't been set yet.

Is there an Android version or other languages?

Initially iPhone only, in German and English.

Who is behind Klarnext?

Florian Neuhuber from Garsten, Upper Austria.
